Architecture at scale
Design Authority on a regulated estate of 28,000+ users, 1 billion+ records and 100+ integrated systems. Sharing and visibility, large data volumes, org consolidation, event-driven integration.
Salesforce Lead Managing Architect and Salesforce-accredited Forward Deployed Engineer.
Salesforce architect, nine years in the ecosystem — and for the last two, putting AI into production. I lead Agentforce for Capgemini Financial Services France and sit on the Design Authority of an estate serving 28,000+ users.

Lead Agentforce for Capgemini Financial Services France. Among the first worldwide on Agentforce Voice and Salesforce Contact Center, and I run the demos at Agentforce World Tour Paris.
Technical referent for 70+ engineers, architects, analysts and consultants — teams that have spanned eight countries. I audit programmes I did not build and turn the findings into remediation plans — under GDPR and DORA.
Both started as my own initiative. Both are Capgemini offers now — installed and used at clients.
Audits an org, harvests its metadata and helps analysts and developers decide how to build: they describe the need, it proposes the design. 15+ agents, 50+ skills and instruction sets, assistant-agnostic — running today under GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
Reverse-documents an entire Salesforce org and renders a dependency graph the platform's own tooling cannot. The output is RAG-ready, so any LLM or MCP client can query how the org actually fits together.
See what it producesA local command-line tool that reads a Salesforce SFDX repository and writes back a verified knowledge base: one page per component, a complete dependency graph, and a corpus an AI agent can query directly. Reverse-documentation is pure code — no model, no prompt, no tokens, and nothing leaves the machine.
“Where is this used” finds what the platform registered. OrgIntel also finds what people hardcoded: an API name in a formula, a record type in a custom setting, a queue concatenated into a SOQL string, a component named inside a FlexiPage.
A real cascade in both directions, as deep as you ask — not a one-level list you walk by hand. It ships as one self-contained HTML file that opens off a shared drive, with no server and no external script.
Progressive disclosure by design: an overview, sharded indexes, then one page per component. An agent reads three small files instead of loading the org — which is what keeps the retrieval side cheap as well as accurate. Exposed read-only over MCP.
